Shipping

East Grove ships using the United States Postal Service. During check-out, we allow you to select your shipping speed:

• First Class Mail (3-5 business days within the USA, 6-10 business days international)

• Priority Mail (1-3 business days within the USA)

• Express Priority Mail (overnight within the USA)

East Grove is not responsible for shipping delays incurred by the USPS. In the rare instance that a package has been shipped, but never ends up getting delivered: If the tracking is marked as 'delivered' the proper stolen package paperwork will need to be filled out for the USPS and any other related agencies by the buyer. East Grove is not responsible for your package once it is marked as 'delivered' by the USPS. If the USPS cannot locate your package, we are willing to send one replacement package on the condition that the buyer pays for the replacement shipping.

International Customs and Import Taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. East Grove is not responsible for delays due to customs.
